The activities for this exercise asked for either a short video from animoto or to talk about the different video editing options offered.
I have already worked with animoto and have created a few videos. And I have also worked with Windows Movie Maker on several occasions. The program is easy to use, the controls are user friendly, and there are plenty of options available for anyone to make their video into an above average product. The possibilities are endless when you think of all the fun you can have with this software, ranging from cutting long videos, adding your own music, and etc. In a library setting it would be fun to have a video of what a shelver does, walking around shelving, and having them come back in a few minutes to an area previously visited by little kids. Make it a fast paced video, and when the person goes back for round two, add some scary music as well as direct them to act shocked beyond belief. (All of this in the spirit of Halloween).
