Wellness #40: Fitness

I did the questionnaire, checked my BMI, and I was not surprised by the results. (I had done them on a previous occasion). But this only helps me to push myself harder and to work out even more in order to be healthier.

I have started working out and becoming more conscious on the foods I eat. Before I could eat anything, but now I am careful and watching it all. I am not as young as I once used to be.
